Chapter Two Club is intentionally priced at only $24 for a full year. Because the price is exceptionally low and digital member benefits begin immediately, membership purchases are non-refundable.
No refunds on annual membership
All Chapter Two Club annual membership purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we confirm a duplicate charge or technical billing error.
Event tickets
Event ticket cancellation, transfer, credit, and refund rules may vary by event. The applicable terms will be displayed on the event page or during checkout before purchase.
Billing problems
If you believe you were charged twice or experienced a technical payment error, contact us with the purchaser name, order email, and order number so we can investigate.
